The email you received notifying you of the student's request for your recommendation contains the instructions for you to login and access the online recommendation form. Your email should have contained a recommendation ID# and the name of the student who issued the request. The URL on which to use this ID# should also be in the email received. 

If this email contained a username and password, use those login credentials on the login form.

If this email instructed you to use the secure campus login credentials (for UO Faculty and Staff), use yours to access this site.

Using these login credentials will allow you to view all recommendation requests you have received as well as the ability to view your submitted recommendations.

UO Faculty/Staff must login using your University of Oregon DuckID email address.
